• Eval harness + scored report Lesson 05 — graded assertions plus an LLM judge over the summarizer, catching a planted regression.
• Working demo + demo script Lesson 06 — a web demo of the triage assistant with a scripted demo path and an honest "what's real / what's faked" appendix.
• Mess-to-MCP integration Lesson 07 — a deliberately messy enterprise export cleaned and wrapped as an MCP server the triage agent can use.
• Hardening report Lesson 08 — guardrails and tracing added to the agent, red-teamed with ten adversarial prompts, with documentation of what held.
• Cost/latency before-and-after report Lesson 09 — the RAG system instrumented and cut ≥40% in cost via caching, routing, and context pruning, with evals staying green.
• Discovery pack Lesson 10 — a simulated discovery conversation turned into a scoping doc: decomposition, success metrics, risks, phased plan.
• Capstone engagement + case study Lesson 11 — the full field engagement for the virtual-care provider, including the "what we recommended NOT to build" section.
